Call for Application: EAPA Winter School 2021

The European Association of Psychological Assessment (EAPA) announces its First Winter School, which will be held as an online event due to the current pandemic situation. The Winter School will be held on May 6th and 7th 2021, hosted and organized by Prof. René Proyer and Kay Brauer (Msc.) at the University of Halle (Germany). The main ambition of the Winter School is to offer six Post-Docs at an early career stage the opportunity to get in touch with experts in the field of psychological assessment, get feedback on current work projects, career decisions, and other questions related to planning a career in psychological assessment.

The structure foresees time slots for each Post-Doc to present their current research and get feedback from the experts, but also offers time for meet-the-expert sessions (two-on-one with each expert and open time slots for meetings). Overall, it will be a mentoring event for a selected group of Post-Docs with high potential for a career in psychological assessment. Please find the detailed program below. We are proud to announce four international experts from the field of psychological assessment:

  • Prof. Dr. Samuel Greiff (University of Luxembourg; Luxembourg; Former Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment)
  • Prof. Dr. Anu Realo (University of Warwick; United Kingdom)
  • Prof. Dr. Jérôme Rossier (University of Lausanne, Switzerland)
  • Dr. Anna Brown (University of Kent, United Kingdom)
